Help design broody hen coop & run

Hi! I need inspiration/pictures to build a coop & run for my broody hens and baby chicks. We have serious hawks and free range our girls on a half acre. Our coop is high off the ground and not ideal for the babies because it can get trafficky and busy in there.

Has anyone built anything like this ? I’m thinking it would be its own structure inside our chicken area. I need pictures though because I’m horrible at visualizing. Thank you so much in advance!

I think it would be a good idea if you'd peruse our Coop forum as there are so many great ideas that include runs as well. You might find one or a couple that would work for you, and many include a lot of details of how they built it.

To cover runs, one idea is poultry netting, which is inexpensive.
