Help determing the sex of our 4ish week old buff

Hi All!
We are new to backyard chickens, but have been planning on this for a while. We picked up our pullets from our local Murdochs on Feb 21. They were only a couple days old when they came home with us. We have a mixed flock: 2 Buffs, 2 Sussex, and 2 Plymoth Rocks.

I think one of our Buffs is a roo and was hoping you all might be able to confirm? unfortunately, we live in an area that allows for 6 hens but no cockerels. If this she is a he, i've identified a rooster sanctuary in Colorado that would be happy to take him.

Otherwise, if there are local resources here for Colorado or a family looking for a Rooster, please point me in the right direction! I'm new to the forum as of ohh....5 minutes ago.

If you want you can wait, but he looks like a for sure boy to me so you may want to give him to the rescue before you get too attached.
