Help diagnose disease

Young rooster has the following symptoms

Fluffed up

Neck twisting in circles

Reddining of the face and combs and wattles

Poop brown and watery with white discharge

" Drooling"

What is his crop like? I'm currently going through a sour crop problem..

Crop is soft and watery

Hmm. Might be sour crop. My girl's was squishy and full and she was vomiting when I picked her up. She was also twisting her neck around in circles.. Does his breath smell bad?

eating more so than drinking

Well... if it were me, I would maybe watch him overnight, and if his crop still hasn't gone down by morning, I would induce vomiting.
