Help duck with prolapsed penis

I noticed it yesterday but after awhile it looked like he got it back in, I was wrong, I just came in from outside and picked him up and he obviously has a prolapsed penis. Is he in pain? What can I do? A vet is 100% not an option, I can't afford it at all and the closest one is 2-3 hours away

Since a vet is not an option, I think it would be best to put him in a clean place, maybe start antibiotics, and hope it heals?

I set him up in a separate area with a fresh pool. What antibiotics? I read that I should keep it clean and apply Vaseline, if I do all that will it eventually go back inside? I'm so confused on how it will heal

Where did you read to apply Vaseline? I would ignore that advice unless it came from a vet. As for antibiotics, maybe some amoxicillin?
