HELP! Ducks having trouble walking, dying after several days

Seams you got it down packed anyway!

One more thing, Whats the sicklings poop like? Pictures would be best

April's poop is normal so far, but she only started showing trouble walking yesterday. The other duck that I treated inside I never thought to take any pictures before he passed. His poop was a bit darker and he did not poop as much, but I did not notice anything too odd about it. It didn't have a strange smell, color or texture that I can remember but I will keep an eye out with April.

Same here on vets we have 2 and neither do anything but cats and dogs. So we end up being out own vets with help from BYC.
So the other ducks that died were Mallards?
Here is a pic of the liquid B complex this particular one is at TSC in the cattle dept. 1 ml daily

Yeah, the vet isn't much of an option except in a serious emergency if they're available and I don't really have the budget for it anyways based on what I've seen in the links for how much hardware poisoning treatment costs, especially for multiple ducks. I love my ducks and want to take care of them but I don't have several thousand dollars sitting around in my duck budget, especially since I also have two dogs and two goats that I care for.

Yes, the others were Mallards. I will keep the vitamin B in mind!

Forgot to mention this earlier - I gave them all apple cider vinegar in their water today just in case it might help but I don't know if that will do much to help April feel better or to prevent the others from getting sick.

Since she still has a good appetite and energy I am still thinking this maybe a deficiency of some kind. Sure wouldn't help to try the B complex . I use ACV mainly as a tonic for my flock it can kill some bacteria too. You mentioned the pond is it manmade? anything growing in it they may have eaten? Dead fish etc?

It's manmade, it has fish and reeds but I have not noticed any issues with dead fish or stagnant water with it. We are able to keep the water flowing so that it won't become stagnant. It was stocked with bluegills and a few smallmouth bass (I think) by the previous owner. The other pond that they actually seem to spend more time in is not stocked with fish. I think they like it more because it means they don't have to share food with the fish.

I can try the B complex. I have not had issues with Niacin deficiency with adult ducks in the past and I have used this brand for more than a year. The Dumor duckling/chick brand did cause problems with one batch of ducklings (with one who was born with leg issues struggling even more and another developing them) so I do not use that brand for babies anymore but I have never seen any problems with the adults before. It won't hurt to try though!
