Help! ELSA is laying eggs :)

I know someone on this thread said I don't need an incubator. I have a lot of hawks and falcons...would it be smart to hatch them myself and keep them in a run until they get some size on them? Would Elsa and Louie "adopt" them after I turn them back loose. As a general question, if Elsa hatches them, how long do they stay in the nest before they are up and at them chomping grass and swimming? Louie has been charging me since mating season started. Its more of a show than anything because he backs up as soon as I remind him I'm bigger. I did eat the first egg (yummy) and gave the next two to my buddy. The fourth I have sitting in my living room proudly on display. How many more will she lay before she stops again?
