HELP!!! Emergency!!!

I have a chick hatched yesterday. He's not quit 24 hours old yet. He can't stand and has seemed to go downhill since yesterday. He's on his side in the incubator. He can't hold his head up and his feet are deformed! He's making no attempt to try and even move this morning! I gave him nutrition drench from tsc and boiled egg yolk!! Any other suggestions??? What about his feet?? Any way to help him!!!

This photo was last night a few hours after hatch. The other chick born with him is healthy and fine and happy in the brooder. I cleaned up the hatch and put this guy back in the incubator alone.

nutra drench is a great start i would also look into making him some shoes

like this

bandaids, or electrical tape work very well and sometimes its as quick as a day or two to fix
