Help...face swollen, beak splayed

This is most likely a respiratory illness.

How long have you had this bird and where did you get her?

Is a vet an option?

You will most likely need antibiotics to help her.
12 weeks old. Got her directly from the breeder at 3 days old. Not aware of any vets who see chickens locally. Near Edmond OK

Do you have older chickens or other fowl? It does look like a sinus infection, possibly mycoplasma or MG. Tylan or tylosin can be used to treat it. You can get tylosin powder for the water to use here:
https://www.jedds.com/shop/tylan-soluble-100-g/
Some feed stores sell injectable Tylan 50 or 200, which can be given orally. Call your breeder and ask if they have any suggestions.

Would you treat the whole flock or just the one? I have 10.

All are about the same age give 2-3 weeks. We do have one who seems to be a bully and is biting others.

I would only treat treat ones showing symptoms. More may get it. Some may have the ability to fight off the infection. You can separate in a wire dog crate with food and water, but still keep them with the other chickens inside the coop and outside drpuring the day. Let us know if you get the Tylan for the water online, or if you get Tylan 50 or 200 injectable, and we can give dosages.

Looks like you have a Tractor Supply there in Edmond. And several other farm supply stores based on what I found online. Try Tractor Supply--they list antibiotics for livestock so they might have what you're looking for.
Just called them & every other feed store I could find. All are out of stock. National backorder.
