HELP! First pip has happened. But husband left egg in turner claw thing...

We are complete newbies. Our chick is in the process of pipping but eggs are still in the egg turner claw things.

What do we do? Risk taking the eggs out and removing the turner things? We have a still air incubator.

They can hatch like that, taking the turner out isn't necessary for them to hatch. You could open it and take it out if you wanted, as long as you got the humidity back up quickly afterwards, but you don't need to.

I've watched broodies turning pipping eggs so it'll be fine. Just watch the chick doesn't get itself stuck anywhere when it does hatch. Good luck!
