Depending how old they are they may be in the position of upside down and can't get right side up.  Let me read on further to see what all has been done already.  I LOVE UPSIDE DOWNERS..  WOOOO HOOOOO

Yes,I just ckecked them again and they look back to normal, phew! I will now be turning them myself

They would need at least 24 hours to get back to normal, that is if they aren't to big to get back into the right position..

Today is day 25

Mallards take 26 to 28 days, If you are on day 24 or 25, you need to lock them down, not decrease the humidity RAISE IT.. get it around 60 to 65, your air cells look good and I bet in the next 24 to 48 hours all that will change. They haven't dipped and need to so it's not to late yet.

They should be laying down with the Large end slightly higher then the smaller end, although I think you should be PREPARED, you may have some upside downers...
