We had two that started to show progress last night and when we woke up this morning at 5, no additional progress and was worried they were shrink wrapped as the membrane started to look a little brown.
I helped one to hatch and saw how gooey and sticky the membrane was, so I helped the other one to hatch.
They have been out and seem to be doing well for the past 2.5 hours. They are drying out and will move them to the brooder after 24 hours.
Still no pip on 2 of the eggs and the 3rd one that did, hasn’t had any progress either.
I’m happy the two have life and seem to be doing well and I’ll leave the rest in the incubator as long as possible before checking on them too or helping if needed.
