Anyone on this thread feel strongly against moving them to the brooder box after 12 hours (first two) and 4 hours (third one)? The first two starters pipping on Saturday AM and hatched at 5am Monday, so it’s been 12+ hours since full hatch for two, it would be 4+ for the third hatch.
My concern is that the hatch process took a few days and maybe they are in need of some water and food.
The brooder has a brooder plate to keep them warm and they have dried out a bit.

Don’t want to move to early, but also don’t want to leave in the incubator longer than necessary.
