Update - I added a small roost just big enough for Red in the corner of the coop. One of the crazy little Sussex ladies was still trying to mess with him by standing under the roost, hopping up, and attempting to bite his toes. She's such a little jerk! Luckily, I put the roost just above her jumping height and she quickly gave up while Red happily had what was probably his first good sleep since he was integrated into the flock haha. Nighttime has been my biggest worry for him, but that seems to be fixed. At least for now.
