Help for Coccidiosis and Quarantine

Okkkay! thankyouuuu! :):):):)
Yes! ahahah it's so funny! :D:D;) and i really like this virtual flock because i'm not the only one that loves chicken and wants the best for them,:wee it isn't so easy to find a community like this about chicks :wee

I would put her back with the ones that were in quarantine as they've already been exposed and treat them all with corid for it, if one has it they've already been exposed to it, that just adds to their stress as they were already exposed, which in turn can lower their immune system even further

Hi, :frow
Can i walk in new chicks area and subsequently in old hens area with the same shoes?
You wouldn't want to use the same shoes for both areas. That is one way disease can be passed. Best practice is to care for old birds first, wash hands and change clothes and shoes, then care for quarantined birds. Use the same shoes and clothes each time (but different for each group)

Ok, thanks :)
a new chick had coccidiosis, but i haven't seen symptoms since 22th august.
i fear that introducing the coop with old poops full of coccidia oocists it's more easy for my old chicks to get sick. is it true? :hmm
how often are you cleaning and sterilizing the quarantine area, it should be cleaned and sterilized as the quarantined ones are moved out of it before bringing in more to quarantine as then they may be introduced to something else along with endangering the new chicks in an already sick quarantined set of birds.

Yes, now i'm doing it.

sorry @slordaz i have some problems with english.
i sterilized with fire the coop and today i started the "look don't touch" period.
but i have a doubt: @DobieLover said that in look don't touch i haven't to use gloves.
what about shoes?
@townchicks
thank you all :):)

Once quarantine is over and you move them into the "look don't touch" period of the integration, they are no longer being kept separately so wearing different shoes is impossible. The birds will only have wire separating them.

Thank you Dobie. :) i started it today :)
my hens are a little shocked but i'm confident they will be big friends with chicks :)
Giada (boss of hens) had a little discussion through the wire with the rooster :D
Good night from Princesses
