You should calibrate both your thermometer and hygrometer. They may be off even though they read ok.

Some people won't agree with the hygrometer calibration but it works.

Thank you all so much I put a wet paper towel over it. We will see what happens. The chick is still moving around.! I also have an automatic Turner. I put all eggs in the incubator at the same time, like I said this guy was the only one behind. I will update on what happens I hope he makes it.

Aww, I feel for you. I lost a couple this last hatch too.
