let them do the crackin you do the nail biting .. my goodness the stress the first one caused you .. you don't want to go through that again .. And with your humidity issues there might be a delay .. luckily I tuned in late or I would have been stressing more with you : ) As I have made your mistake too .. a couple times for different reasons .. But In the end no matter what you tell your self it is almost always better to let nature take its course. Even if they couldn't get out .. more than not they wont make it any way .. And then you are left with that horrible what if ... Please keep us posted !
You have no Idea how much I am really pulling for you !!!!!! and them

Thanks omg, I keep watching look for the others to start cracking but alls I can see is them wiggling.

Congrats. And be ready to be patient, it can still take it another 24-48 hours to get out of there. :)

Ok I need some help then, I was told with calls ducks if no progress after 24 hours then to make a hole. Because of the small beaks it helps them to breath, is the wrong information?

I thought you said they were cracking? What did you mean by that, I thought that meant they'd externally pipped already, so there'd be no reason to make a hole.

Well someone told me, that if there is no progress to make a small hole for them to breathe, I only have one that has a crack. I don't plan on making the hole because I think at this point I have done enough damage. I'm just crossing fingers they all start to crack..

still waiting to hear hope this ends well !
Well so far he has not made any progress, still just the crack, it's a cute crack more like a circle with little lines and a high point. LOL. But nothing more then that yet. I don't hear any peeping but I do see the egg next to it wiggling like crazy... Perhaps he can hear the cracked eggs peeping. Are they very loud or more quiet. Because I have my ear to the incubator and I hear nothing..

That's called an external pip. They rest after making them, and start turning in the shell while the yolk absorbs. Then they start zipping after resting to open the shell and hatch.

Don't touch

So external pip isn't an actually peeping noise that they make? I'm not TOUCHING, OH heck no, I've done enough damage as is, I can't believe this one is even cracked because I thought for sure all of them were gonner's..

So we basically are waiting for him to absorbed the egg. man he takes a long time. Come on little guy, do some absorbing..
