Hello I see my rooster not acting normally please help he looks sick

Poor guy looks rough, could he have been attacked by a predator? any wounds looks like he's missing some feathers on his wing. I am sure others may have questions that will help you sort this out, from the photo I was thinking predator

Yes

And no he has not ben attack only when he was little his feathers have not grown cuse he can not walk so he trying to walk and he scrapes his feathers

How old is he? And how much is he being fed?

The reason I ask is that Cornish X aren't really built to be kept long term, especially with unlimited access to food. The breed will consume endlessly to the point that jumping down from the roostbar could cripple them or their bodymass just becomes so high that their heart can't keep up.
