I have a Buff Orpington hen who is right at a year to two years old, and she for some reason can not fly up to my hen house. She was fine about three or four days ago, but all of a sudden since last night she can not fly from the ground to the door. ( I have a ladder for them to climb up. ) She also tilts her head to the left (almost all the way around) when she's looking at something, she's eating and drinking fine and still laying eggs. She just can't seem to make it 'up' anymore.

Any advice?

Also I placed a new rooster in the coop to replace my old one and he does want to leave her alone so she has some feathers missing from her back because of it, I have several other hens in the coop with them, he just really likes her. Maybe he's the problem?

It sounds like wry neck or torticollis which can be a symptom of head or neck injury, vitamin deficiency, heredity, or disease such as Mareks, Newcastles, and others. She probably needs to be isolated for quiet and minimal stimulation. Poultry vitamins in the water or PolyVisol with out iron baby vitamins 2-3 drops daily by mouth along with vitamin E and selenium. She may need some help eating and drinking temporarily, and it can take some time to get over this. Here is some info:
