Thank you! Do you think TSC has inquiries for cockerals? He is full of personality, but unfortunately, we aren't allowed to have roosters in town. I am just heartbroken. He is a great little guy.

All roosters crow loudly, BOs are no exception.
I don't have BO's, my boys are all Nankins. But ... we've been to a LOT of 4H shows and talked with a lot of kids who raise them and I've never met or been told of an unfriendly Buff Orp. I have no idea about their voices, though. They can't be nearly as loud as my sister's RIR, though ... he was a true caterwauler!
Mine crowed loud enough that I had to re-home, I live in the city.
We had the same issue here but I called the township and they said as long as no one complains they don't care so maybe call yours if you have good neighbors you might get away with it just know that roosters have their own special requirements
There are lots of Facebook groups for rehoming poultry. You could always try to check those out...
