Okay so I'd like to apologize for the delay in reply.
I did call numerous places and couldn't get any help. From that's not our department to if you don't live in our county.... I own property in multiple states and counties.... I pay my tax dollars so I would think that someone could have helped. I sent emails attached pics and like some of my online encounter's, it's easier to be a naysayer than to offer more help or point in a smarter direction.

I took them to our local farm store that's been open for ages... numerous chicken people (and plenty of other animals). Nobody could offer any advice. Plenty of employees looked at the two. They called places for me and gave me #'s to call and more emails. It was like a wild goose chase... except this came from my Chicken coop. I kept all the pictures. I have friends all over the world and couldn't get any advice. I've have plenty of negative comments.

I haven't incubated anymore chicken eggs yet.... (key word yet) I did incubate more duck eggs and put a camera on my cabinet incubator. I've had a very ruff couple of months with sick hubby, kids, family, myself, surgeries, deaths, the holidays, and loosing a bunch of animals to this crazy Texas weather. 70° to 4° just isn't right.
I have numerous duck eggs to break open and see what's going on. (They didn't hatch.) But I'm going to record that just in case and it's been too cold for that, for me. Then I'll start back incubating chicken eggs. (My chickens have layed very well everyday except today. It rained, sleeted, & snowed in less than a day... & now no eggs.) So if might take a few days to get them back to laying.

Back to "Chuck" the only logical explanation I could get was

Since my Mallard was so young and he was definitely mounting my hens... that he possibly could have fertilized a chicken (he has short reproductive organs compared to my Pekin). Or it could have been a rooster fertilizing a duck and the egg discolored from yuck.

I do hope for this again. With full term Life. I'm assuming the Mallard humping my hen is more logical because they have black feathers and he mounts all the animals. My female ducks are Khaki Campbell & Crested Peking. My males are Peking & Mallard. My chickens are black sex link, leghorn, RiR, RiB, Araucana, Buff Orphington, Asterlorp, Silkie, Barred Rock, & Marron.
I'm even considering hooking up camera's for all my animal's. But it'll need to warm up.

I know that doesn't clear up things but that's all I have.

Again sorry for the delay.

You're going to want to separate them if that's going on, actually. A drake's anatomy and a chicken hen's anatomy are not compatible. To be blunt, a drake has a long corkscrew penis, which is fine when he is mating with a female duck. However, chickens are not meant for penetrative mating and are not designed to accept such a penis. A drake mating a chicken like that can cause serious injury.
