Help. I think my flocks infected

Can someone please tell me what my chickens have come down with. I had one chicken last week we culled cuz I thought she was sick from a previous dog injury(I know we feel terrible... went to check the water in the back pasture came back to her butt feathers everywhere) then this week another chicken has the same symptoms. Not moving much and swollen face.

Please tell us how she has been eating, pooping, fluffed up. Is her eye draining we need more info and more pictures of anything you can think is important
Please inspect your girl for mites and lice.
