Help identifying breed and sex of found chicken

Hi!

So I found this chicken. So I can't tell you how old it might be.

Things I know. It clucks and sings the danger song like a champ. It's VERY flighty. It's very much bantam sized.
I'm not sure it's ever been cooped up a day on it's life. And this thing has great vertical.... And was at one point 15' up on my neighbors tree.

If a rooster I'll need to call animal control. If a hen ultimately it could stay if no owner steps forward.

But I'd like to know so my kids don't get their hopes up about it being a hen.

Google image search thinks it's a bantam Old English Game Hen. Kinda had that look, but it's can be tricky to tell.

Female. She looks like an OEGB.

Slate legs, so not an OEGB. It could be a phoenix, or what she likely is, is an American Gamefowl hen

She’s a hen, probably a American gamefowl
