Help identifying breed and sex of found chicken

Hi!

So I found this chicken. So I can't tell you how old it might be.

Things I know. It clucks and sings the danger song like a champ. It's VERY flighty. It's very much bantam sized.
I'm not sure it's ever been cooped up a day on it's life. And this thing has great vertical.... And was at one point 15' up on my neighbors tree.

If a rooster I'll need to call animal control. If a hen ultimately it could stay if no owner steps forward.

But I'd like to know so my kids don't get their hopes up about it being a hen.

She’s a hen, probably a American gamefowl
