Help IDing this chicken

Hello, I am a new chicken owner. I went to tractor supply and asked for two Rhode Island Reds, but ended up with two of another breed. I have been searching online and think they may be ISA Browns but I am not really sure. Can anyone help with the ID? They are about ~5 weeks old. If I missed any info or need to add more pictures I can do that. Thanks in advance!

He appears to be an Easter Egger of some sort most likely and is a cockerel

Well that is ashame lol they were supposed to be Rhode Island Red pullets Thanks for the help! If I may ask, what makes him a cockerel, the bigger comb?
