He came from Myers hatchery. I ordered some easter eggers and 6 mystery chicks. So he could be an EE or any other breed they carry. The hens on the right with the muffs are easter eggers. I hope he is because I would love to get some pure bread eggs to hatch. He has blueish legs but not as much of a check muff as the hens. What do you think?

Probably an Easter Egger. However putting him over your EE pullets will not yield purebred birds because EEs are not a true breed.
what is mixed to get them? what would the offspring be? would they still lay green eggs?

They'll be Easter eggers. If the hens lay blue or green eggs, you have a good chance most of the pullets will also. There's always a chance of getting a tan or brown egger, even from hatchery EE birds, but it's usually pretty small.
