He has a cage in the house and still gets "outside time" but he also wears I chicken diaper when he roams.

The brother was returned to the breeder early on when the brother revealed his gender. No problem there. Repecca is a Lavender Orpington, a rather gentle breed. I hope ROOpecca doesn't disprove that.Just beware a temperament change as he starts getting thoughts of love and his brain and his brother beats the snot out of him. Frustration might turn them into a nasty bird I don't know that much about brahmans I have two whites that are hens and they can be rather aggressive not towards people but everything else LOL
Actually the brother was a bit rough on the girls. He was afraid of people though, never attacked. He was good about keeping an eye out for predators and letting the gals eat first. He was just full of brand new hormones. He was gorgeous too. Poor Repecca couldn't compare as a Roo. Of course, we all figured she was a gal. Here's the brother, Mr Marvin Roo, just before he went back to the breeder.I had a Buff Orpington roo and he was a huge @$$. But he was that way from day 1. Never ever was friendly towards anyone including the girls.
I agree your beautiful Lavender O. Is ROOpecca.
