Help! Lethargic days old chick with infected looking naval

Small update, but the other chick that has the naval scab is doing well! The scab fell off a while ago and all chicks are getting big and are healthy. Thanks all! Seems like the little iodine I applied may have or may have not worked, but it was definitely a piece of mind saved.
