HELP! Losing Feather Around Neck Area

My 1 year old copper maran has been losing some feather around her neck area for about 2-3 months. My other chicken, buff orpington, is just doing fine. Picture attached.

Could it be chicken mites? Please help and let me know what I can treat her with.
