But if you’re sure you want more than one breed... I vouch for Old English Game Bantams! All of the varieties are gorgeous.

The only downside there is that if you want to show cocks, you have to dub them (remove their combs).

Yeah, I love the little guys, but don't have show quality ones because of that. I now just have a spangled hatchery quality hen as a pet.

My show bantams are ko shamos, but they aren't for everybody and not something you could easily find to get, either.
