Help me find my future dog breed?

Oh wow that’s odd

she made everyone sign assenting permission slips. They were a joy to have around. Her other excuse is they helped the vetmed students practice handling dogs. One was a puppy (so in training) Even weirder though is one day someone brought their (umm, pointer?). Idk whose it belonged to or if it was even in training. What pissed me off was that it was nervous, growly, and hiding under the teachers desk. Obviously not fit to be in and classroom and untrained. Stressful for the dog.

-miniature pinscher?
-lab (curly coated?)

Curly coated retriever is a separate breed and more rare but could possibly work as well.

It's hard to find a mellow German Shepard! Bred to be guard/ working dogs, and MUST be trained! Many are neurotic, poorly bred, and difficult.
The right Doberman might work. Again, trained, socialized, and a guard breed.
Retrievers vary: Goldens, lotsa hair, mostly mellow. I have met a very few biting jerks, but not many.
Labs, as i said, either busy or laid back. Some guard.
Chessies, all guard, great if you can train and be IN CHARGE at all times.
Haven't dealt with too many Curly Coats, don't know about them. A fairly rare breed.

ooh, I didn’t quite realize curly coats were so rare. I got recommended Nordic spitz when I took the AKC quiz, but they’re nearly unattainable, lol
