Help me with gender

Im sure all my pullets are hens. The lady I buy them from does a good job knowinh which is which. But dh came home with a couple extra this spring when he went to get our new batch. And he kept saying he wanted to get a roostee.....so. I'm wondering if he pulled a fast one lol

These 2 are the only question I have.

Oh. And now i dont think that's the right full body pic of the black one. I have 3 with similar coloring. So...that might not be the one that matches the cape pic.

My friend has 3 10 month old Easter Egger hens and when they were 12 weeks old they looked pretty similar. I'd say just give it time and keep watching the combs. Easter Eggers tend to have small combs from my experience so if they start to grow on your chicks then they're most likely roos. Their tails look pretty hen-like to me but I wouldn't be sure so early. The only way to really know for sure at this point would be to have a vet take a look.
