So, this morning I went out to feed and water my chickens, and I see a fox holding one of my black australorps by its neck! I chased it and the fox let go. The chicken was missing feathers but there were no gashes. The only weird thing is that its voice croaks. Like when your drinking with a straw and you finish the drink. It coughs every few minutes. I had to leave and I won't be home until 3. Will it be OK?

Sounds like there may have been some internal damage - unfortunately there is no way for us to say that she will/won't be okay with the information above. Did you leave her out with the flock or put her in a treatment area where she could be calm and quiet and to allow you to better monitor her when you do get home?
Next thing to consider - do you have a safe, secure run that can be used to make the birds inaccessible to the fox as it will return.
