I don't see any tell tale sulfur colored
Feces.
The green color might be a side effect of the metronidazole.

No yellow is good, but green is bad, as is no cecal poops. Once mine poop normal cecals I know they are going to survive.

Have you seen what blackhead does to the ceca? I had one two years ago that I had to nurse along for weeks until she finally passed two cecal cores.

It's definitely a nasty infection. I'm glad I can't get it.

And any parasite that burrows to the liver is ferocious. Just sayin'.
