I have 12 altogether.
1 Rooster (Definitely)
1 Maybe Rooster Silkie ?

I really need help in identifying the gender of the rest of the birds in my flock.

I Also would like to run it by all of you very knowledgeable & very helpful chicken lovers— I can confidently say that Out of 12 I have i am sure on the breeds of 8 of them. I would say 10/12 but I have 2 that were supposed to be Americanas but I know the whole Easter Egger/Americana I guess you can call it marketing ploy where they tell you it’s an Americana they lay blue eggs but really instead of getting a true Americana you could be g you a mix bird with the blue egg laying gene? So but people are saying EE.

My main concern though is gender.

This is taking so long to figure out lol I apologize for so many photos but I do still have a few more not going to post yet don’t want to be annoying with all my pics but would appreciate the help if anyone can[/QUOTE)Not easy to sex and be positive with younger birds and silkies.

Give them a bit longer to grow. Combs (the actual name of the thing that looks like a Mohawk haircut) do not necessarily define gender. That depends on the breed. My Barred Rock hens have huge combs and wattles, the red fleshy parts that hang from their lower jaw.
20181223_151746.jpg

Start looking at the feathers, in particular the hackles (like a collar around the head and neck), the saddle (on the lower back), and the tail. A rooster has pointed feathers while a hens feathers are rounded. A rooster tail will be spikey, a hens will be more fan shaped. The saddle and hackles on a rooster will be longer and spikey, a hen will possibly have a small kind of hackle looking area but will be short and round. Hens don't really have saddles and hackles. Here's my rooster showing hackles, saddle, and tail.

He is a Lavender Orpington. Just as a comparison here is my Buff Orpington hen.

Same breed, different gender.
So watch for telltale feathers.
Hope this helps a bit. Remember different breeds might be slightly different shapes but these are general guidelines.

There’s only 2 Sapphire Gems, if you look at the picture of them together one beak is darker that the others( I think you got them confused ‍♀️ or I’m just a bad poster lol but the mystery black in the photos alone is the same mystery black pictures with the Silkie,

All are pullets, with three possible exceptions.

The sapphire with the larger comb could be a cockerel, but could still be a pullet. This variety has large combs in both sexes, so I'd give it a little more time if you want a definite answer.

The bird you are calling EE#2 could be a cockerel. It is a bit less developed than the others, so I think it could still develop into either. Again, give it more time.

The Silkie could be a cockerel, too. This breed takes a long time to sex properly, but it has quite thick legs, an indication that it may be a cockerel. But time will tell on this one, too.

For the rest, I'm pretty certain they are all pullets.

Are you not allowed to keep roosters in your area ?
I’d give the silkies a bit more time, they’re very slow to grow and mature so it’s hard to tell.
