Grima
In the Brooder
OK so I have a very broody Indonesian hen and she’ll hatch everybody’s eggs. So she’s been sitting on the eggs for three weeks and four of them hatch today I went over to the nest and noticed there was two eggs that have been pipped. Thank goodness she had just gotten off of them maybe an hour ago but they were still really cold and not very active. Anyways long story short I put them in the incubator and I had to help them hatch because they were completely shrink-wrapped and almost completely dried out. But I got them hatched and they are safe in the incubator drying off. Should I try to re-introduce them to her? Will she except them? What’s the best way of slipping them in there?
