My 42 week old EE chickens have not been laying and I have no clue why we searched the area around the coop inside the coop and in the run but no eggs! please if anyone knows whats wrong I need your advice!

x2Do they have water, food and calcium? How about light? Pullets need 12-14 hours of light a day to lay. What is the weather like there? Are they stressed by something? Sometimes chicks hatched in late spring are late bloomers to start laying.
