Start with your white duck and see what normal feels like. Feel the areas that the arrows point to.

If she has grass you should be able to feel that.

Grit should not be given if you think there is something in her crop. Grit is for the gizzard and I bet she still has little rock in her gizzard.

Should I wait until the morning to check my healthy ducks crop and strudels? They’ve been eating so I imagine they should be somewhat filled.

Now and in the morning would be good. If they have been eating it will be good for you to know what food in the crop feels like.

Ok so should I add grit again tomorrow as an option because dirt is now mud? I don’t want to harm or hurt miss strudel in anyway.
