Help my Ayam Cemani chick! It’s a major emergency

It’s definitely scabbed over, keeping it as moist as possible
You said she's disoriented. She is probably in shock, but it sounds like you're doing all that you can. Just monitor her for improvement. I would say she will improve, but it will take time! Did you say she's eating and drinking more? Or no?

She will eat and drink if I make her, I put food in her beak and she will swallow it, same with water.

About how often should I put ointment on it? I’ve only done it twice since it happened. Also, can it stay unwrapped?
I really do appreciate all of y’all’s help and responses.

Referring to my earlier comment, if at all possible wrapping is always best, but it is not always possible. Liberally applying ointment and keeping it fully covered with ointment is your next best option. If ointment is no longer covering wound, reapply. Liberally. You want to do all you can to alleviate discomfort and speed up healing. Adding vitamins or an electrolyte solution to the water helps with hydration as well, and it necessary for healing. I linked to several sources in my original comment, including a DIY recipe for an electrolyte solution.

I just don’t think I can wrap her head, she has nutri-drench in her water and I also have hydro-hen on hand if I need to use that.
