HELP my baby chicks eye is foggy grey now bludging

This baby chick barely opens its left eye, and it is a grey foggy color. Today we checked it’s eye again and it looks as if it’s buldging! What should I do, what can I do, any idea what’s wrong? Having a hard time uploading image hopefully it shows

Can you get some antibiotic ointment in her eye? No pain killer
