Help! My chick is blowing up like a Balloon!

I noticed this one was waddling like a duck, so I looked closer, and it's belly is round like a water balloon! She is still eating, drinking, and pooping - so she isn't blocked up. Her vent it clean - no pasting or anything. Any ideas? I don't think she can go on for very long like this.

Eek! I'm not sure but I hope she is okay.. And a good bump to the top and maybe a good veteran can help.

Is this a baby chick or a chicken? If it is an adult hen, she could be laying internally. Are you able to get her into a vet? Or can you post a picture here?
