THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR REPLIES!!!! She looks back to normal now, although her tail is down.
Notes: We noticed the difference that it made when she was apart from the group, I don’t know if it was if the group were worried but they weren’t eating much of their breakfast! We luckily got an egg today, although we don’t know if it was from the sick hen.

Can you get some photos of her poop?

You mention she's definitely not egg bound - you felt inside the vent about 1-2" for an egg and found nothing?

You are in England - where did these hens come from? Are they Ex-Batts?
What are you feeding?

Feel her abdomen below the vent between her legs - is there any bloat/swelling or feeling of fluid?
Is she crop (right side of the breast) full/empty, soft, boggy, fluid or air filled?
Have you looked her over for lice/mites?
Any discharge from the vent?
