HELP!! MY CHICKEN HAS LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT AND DOES NOT LOOK GOOD

I have checked her again to see if there was a egg but i couldn't feel one. Does this mean it could be ascites

I agree with Wyorp Rock that your hen is most likely suffering from a reproductive disorder, such as internal laying, salpingitis with lash egg material, or egg yolk peritonitis, all related. Ascites or fluid in the belly may be a secondary condition. It is doubtful and anything can be done at this stage, to save her life. As WR posted, some try removing some fluid (if there is ascites,) with a 16 gauge needle, which may relieve some pressure. I would try to keep her comfortable, and try to massage her crop several times a day, getting her to drink water, perhaps give her a small chip of cold coconut oil to get her crop to decrease in size.

The appointment was actually the 2nd of Nov sorry for that.So My mom and I have just came back from the vet and the veterinarian said that she has Peritonitis. they gave us some medicine to help it and for her pain. the pain they said is why she stands like that. she looks a lot better since the past two days even before we took her to the vet, so hopefully she is getting better.

Glad you were able to see the vet.
If you don't mind, can you tell us what medications the vet prescribed?
