Help! My chicken is lethargic and I don’t know why!

I only saw blood under her vent once in the beginning and then when I quarantined her she was pooping pure white and yoky, today she was also eating and drinking

Can you post some clear photos of her, the vent and the poop?
It's hard to know what's going on with a chicken at times, all we can do is go by symptoms you describe.

From her stance, I would treat for Coccidiosis, you find find Corid at your local Tractor Supply in the cattle section. Here's dosing information

she’s been vaccinated as a chick

Are the others her age laying eggs yet?
You mention she was vaccinated, what was that Marek's or Coccidiosis?

I would still start her on the Corid.
