Help my chickens stopped laying!!!!!!!!!!!!!

umm they could have lice but i do not know... how do i find that out. Nobody is molting and well its cloudy where i live in northwest Washington they are kept in a 12' by 24' cage and then a 5' by 5' house thanks for the feedback

in Mid October after a very hot San Diego Summer One chicken (hens all born in March began to lay about 5 months old except the fat one) started to brood and that took 20 days to stop but on about day 5 all of the others had stopped laying, some did just just B4 the broody. I have a Faverol (brooder) an andolusa 2 morans and 2 amerucana they have a large enclosed run and a hen house all but the giant fat moran lay. WHy is none laying now and they show no signs of molt. The feed store told me I gave too much sratch/ "candy" and they needed to eat their layer food. so now they get all fresh herbs and organic layer pellets & layer scratch. We have had a bit of rain, it has cooled a bit so nothing like the heat we had. These hens are very tame (except andolusa) but I loved the eggs I used to get?

Check throughout their feathers. If it's mites they will be slower, they can be black or red. You'll have to check all the way to the skin. Lice move a bit faster and sometimes you'll see clusters of eggs at the shaft of the feather. Do you have a dust bath for them?

If you have them you'll want to go to town dusting, spraying, whatever you have. Get every nook and cranny.

Heres a link that may help.
