help my chicks toes are joined together

Its all new to me! My first hatched chicks. They are about 4 weeks old now. A few of them have toes that are joined together - am i supposed to cut the skin?

And now i noticed that one of my chicks isnt able to stand for long, keeps flopping down

I'm not sure - if their toes are joined then they may have other problems too - try posting this under Emergencies and Diseases and you might get faster response

We got a self blue Cochin bantam from a hatchery with two toes melded together...She grew up fine just like the rest and was doing well, until the dog attack.

what breed? I noticed some of my silkies had *fused* toes and my silkiexcochins
