While she is healing, you should probably keep her separated from the other chickens and rooster. A rooster crawling on her back could introduce infection into the wound before it is healed which will lead to complications.

I'm sure others will chime in but many people on BYC use a small dog crate and keep it in the coop. This allows the injured or sick chicken to be in the companionship of their flock mates but provides a barrier so that the other chickens (or rooster, in your case) don't intentionally or unintentionally aggravate the wound/illness. Sometimes healthy chickens will attack a sick or injured chicken which is why it is important to separate them.

my rooster just mated with Sage, is that bad??

Yes it will make her injury worse. Please separate her from the flock in large dog crate with an old towel in the bottom. Preferably this would be away from the other chickens in the feed area of the coop or maybe on a shelter porch or even in the house if possible.
