Help! My last barred rock is on one leg! Literally!!!!!

Only worry about getting her cleaned up so you can see what's going on with her - whether she has a prolapse and any pecking wounds to the vent and/or leg.

Hydration - drinking is very important - offer plain cool water or if you have something like gatorade or chick electrolytes you can add that to her water.

For clean up - you can soak her in a little soapy water or diluted betadine. I agree the epsom salts you have probably are not a good idea.

Once you get her cleaned up and some water into her - post some new photos.

The vent doesn't sound as problematic as the leg. Look at the pad of her foot, it might be bumblefoot. Epsom salt soaks are great for that, but there are lots of other treatments to research, including home surgery.

Soaking her in epsom salt bath now.
This is what I've found.
Where her tail feathers come from above the vent there is this

Well chicken poop.
I did put her in the epsom salt bath that i had on hand. We used it on our cats food when he had a bad infection in it and it did wonders. Hopefully I didn't make things worse..

Don't worry if you used the epsom salts - it will be o.k!

If you are seeing maggots - she has FlyStrike.

Re-soak and wash/flush the wound very well - pick out all the maggots you see - use tweezer if you have to. Re-flush and pick out more if need be. You can use salt water, diluted betadine, soapy water - etc.

Inspect her all over for anymore wounds and maggots - check her vent very closely as well. Wet feathers make it easier to see the skin - if you need to, trim some out of the way.

Once you have the maggots cleared out - apply Vetericyn or triple antibiotic ointment to the wounds. Keep her separated so you can monitor the wound for a couple of days - you may need to pick out more maggots as they hatch/emerge.

Get her hydrated - plain water, diluted gatorade, poultry vitamins - whatever you have on hand. Once she is drinking and has perked up - offer some chopped egg, tuna, beef liver or similar in addition to her normal feed.
