Help my leghorn Hen is poorly

So a week ago my hen layed 2 runny eggs with no shells and no eggs since. She has a very messy bottom area and has stopped coming out of the coop. She comes out for 5 mins has some water then hoes back on. She is normally the hardest to catch but I can walk up to her and it feels like she does not have the energy to run away. Please help. The hens are due worming treatment to start at the end of the month.

Check the skin around her vent. The skin should be pink. If it's reddish, blueish, she likely has intestinal problems. Antibiotics may help.

It does look pink but the feather are all matted and covered in pop, should I bath her.

If she no longer drinks I've had some good luck using, NOROCILLIN, which is an injectable penicillin.
