Help!! My poor girl won't get up and move around

I don't know if she's egg bound or if there is something else going on. She seemed totally normal yesterday and when I just checked on her this afternoon, she was just sitting there. Any ideas? If she is egg bound, what do I do?

Update... She passed peacefully in my arms.
