Where does the water come from when you press on the bump - from the eye or the blister itself?

Has he been sick with some respiratory symptoms lately or has he been around any other sick birds?

Hi Wyrop Rock the water comes out from the blister itself. No he hasn't been sick or around sick ones they all look well.

I'd try applying triple antibiotic to the blister and see if that helps heal it up.
