Help my rooster started crowing

So recently my rooster started crowing. And I was wondering how to keep him to be more quiet or stop him from crowing? Since where I live is like close to neighbours and I don’t want them to hear. Any solutions? Because I don’t want to give him away

The problem with trying to keep an illegal rooster is, you are jeopardizing your right, and the rights of every other chicken keeper in your town to keep any chickens at all. If your neighbors complain, you may find yourself either having to get rid of him on a short deadline, or even losing your whole flock. Better to try to find him a legal home in your own time than have to do it in a hurry.

The safest way to ensure that you don’t get in trouble for keeping illegal roosters is to not keep them. Find someone who will take them off your hands, then look for birds old enough that you can know their gender.

I've never had a rooster collar on my roosters, but I've heard stories of roosters getting strangled.

Trust me. They'll hear you sooner or later. My neighbors are a half mile away and still hear 10 out of my current 13

I refuse to uses them. I don't think the possible benefits are worth the possible risks.

If you use the collar make sure you check his collar everyday. No need for accidental death.

There recently was a member on here that posted of having a rooster collar on her rooster and it died from it in a really tragic sad way.
It would be best to re-home your rooster.
